Who this notice covers
This notice explains how BizEazer Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through the DPDP Readiness Assessment at dpdp.bizeazer.ai. It is written to meet the notice requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025.
What we collect
- Your full name, business name, work email, and phone number
- Your designation, company size, and industry, if provided
- Your answers to the assessment questions
- Basic technical metadata (IP address, browser user agent) for security and fraud prevention
Why we collect it
- To generate your personalised DPDP readiness report
- To email you that report, if you opted in
- To contact you about relevant DPDP compliance services, only if you opted in
- To maintain a record of the consent you gave, as required for our own DPDP compliance
How long we keep it
We retain assessment submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, deliver services you engage us for. You can request erasure at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you can withdraw any consent you gave, at any time, by emailing reachme@rajatjain.in.
Who processes this data
Your data is stored with Supabase (database infrastructure) and, where you opted in to receive your report by email, sent via Resend (email delivery). Both act as data processors on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.
